Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy sessions support healing at the subconscious level, where many emotional patterns, protective responses, and limiting beliefs are stored. Through guided relaxation and focused awareness, we work gently with the subconscious mind to explore and release what no longer serves you.

This process is not about control or reliving trauma. It is about creating safety, regulation, and space for insight and integration. Sessions are trauma-aware, grounding, and always led with respect for your nervous system.

Hypnotherapy may support emotional release, pattern interruption, self-trust, confidence, and a deeper sense of inner calm.

Writing Therapy

Writing therapy sessions use guided, reflective writing as a tool for emotional processing, clarity, and self-connection. Through structured prompts and compassionate facilitation, writing becomes a way to safely explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may be difficult to express aloud.

 

No writing experience is required. The focus is on expression and understanding, not performance or outcome.

Somatic Healing

Somatic healing sessions center the body as a gateway to healing. These sessions focus on gentle awareness of physical sensations, emotional responses, and nervous system cues, allowing the body to release stored stress and trauma at a pace that feels safe.

Rather than relying solely on conversation, somatic healing invites you to notice and work with what your body is communicating. This approach supports regulation, grounding, and a deeper sense of embodiment.

Somatic healing is especially supportive for those who feel disconnected from their bodies or who find that talk-based approaches alone are not enough.

Intuitive Coaching

A one on one session focused on clarity, insight, and aligned next steps.

Sessions are guided by conversation and reflection. When helpful, supportive tools such as guided writing, hypnotherapy, or gentle somatic awareness may be incorporated, always with your comfort and consent.

This offering is well suited for life transitions, emotional processing, decision making, and reconnecting with purpose.
